How we work

We always find something to optimize

Continuous improvement

We believe in development and continuous improvement. We use the optimization cycle to achieve continuous improvement, improving processes step by step and identifying optimization potential. We then provide support during the implementation process. However, every improvement impacts the process, system and organization and has to be controlled.

Once the improvement triangle has been optimized and stabilized, the next cycle of continuous improvement can begin. The advantage of this approach is that we can react quickly to changes and optimize on a continuous basis. We always involve you in this process, and in the end you’ll have the tools you need to conduct further reviews on your own.

We start with a tour of the facility, getting to know not only the processes and equipment, but also the people and everyone who works with the processes, equipment and organizations. We collect a wide range of information, both digital and analog, process data, documentation, and field reports or information about past research projects.
Whether it’s digital or analog, data needs to be structured. We use digital tools to analyze all data and information. Data is easiest to interpret when it has been processed and analyzed. We do this by representing the data in clear graphs and defining key values that we can use to measure the improvement of processes during all phases of the optimization cycle.
Even the best data is worthless if it isn’t interpreted correctly. Drawing the correct conclusions from an analysis is an art, one that comes easily to us thanks to our experience working on hundreds of projects. We use our analysis to define improvement measures, which we develop in detail and assess on the basis of established criteria.
We then work with you to implement the measures, showing you the necessary steps, planning the implementation together and assisting you with project management. We support and guide you and your employees as the changes are made and motivate them to actively participate in the process. If there are any deviations from the plan, we analyze them and propose change measures. If new findings emerge during the implementation, we respond to them and integrate them in the improvement process on a continuous basis.
The new conditions based on the implemented changes should remain stable. But manufacturing processes, equipment, procedures and organizations are constantly changing. We’ll show you where you need to focus and tell you about helpful tools for achieving lasting improvements. If problems occur, we can evaluate the data remotely or support you with on-site troubleshooting – we have experience with both processes.
